John Bagwell is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the broadcasting industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Paramount since July 2016, John previously held the position of Vice President and Associate General Counsel at CBS Corporation from January 2014 to June 2016. Prior to that, John was an Attorney and Member at Lerman Senter PLLC from September 2002 to December 2013, where the focus was on advising commercial and non-commercial broadcasters on licensing, regulatory compliance, and rulemaking challenges. John also worked as an Account Supervisor at Strat@comm from 1996 to 1999. A graduate of William & Mary Law School (2002), John also completed a degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1993).
