John Dabney

John Dabney is the Senior Vice President of Employment Counsel at Paramount, where they have worked since 2005. In this role, they advise on employment law matters for various Paramount brands, focusing on daily guidance for business leaders, production teams, and HR, while overseeing outside counsel in 25 countries. Prior to joining Paramount, John practiced labor and employment law at Proskauer Rose LLP and Kauff McGuire & Margolis LLP. They obtained a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and hold BA degrees in Political Science from both Colgate University and the University of Manchester.
