Joseph Laihee is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in application development and software solutions. Currently serving as Director of Application Development at Paramount since June 2022, Joseph previously held various leadership roles at Crestron Electronics for nearly two decades, including Senior Manager for both Software Solutions and Solution Delivery. Responsibilities included oversight of software development and solution architecture teams, collaboration on agile project strategies, and mentorship of development team members. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
