Josephine Rotolo

Josephine Rotolo serves as the VP of Project Management Design for Toys, Games, and Emerging Media within Global Consumer Products & Experiences at Paramount since 2022. Prior experience includes roles at ViacomCBS from 2012 to 2022, where Josephine held positions such as Senior Director of the Global Creative Group and Senior Project Manager for Nickelodeon. Josephine's career also features a role as Production Manager for USA Network at NBCUniversal in 2012 and as Founder/Principal of Type J Coaching, Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Earlier, Josephine worked at A+E Networks from 2001 to 2008, progressing from Production Manager to Director of Production in the Advertising & Promotion Department. Educational credentials include a degree in Executive and Organizational Coaching from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts with dual majors in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
