Josh Scull

Josh Scull currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Paramount, a role held since September 2021, having previously progressed through positions including Sr Director and Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Josh worked at ViacomCBS from April 2019 to September 2021 as Senior Human Resources Manager, providing HR support across multiple brands including CBS Sports.com and 247Sports. Before joining ViacomCBS, Josh spent nearly a decade at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, serving as Human Resources Business Partner, with responsibilities in employee relations, strategic planning, and recruiting elite talent. Josh's career began with an internship in Human Resources at Edfinancial Services in 2007. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
