Julian Gilbert

Julian Gilbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive support and management within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chairman & CEO at Paramount since August 2025, Julian previously held the position of Executive Assistant in the Office of the CEO at Skydance from June 2023 to August 2025. Prior roles include Executive Assistant to Amy Pascal at Pascal Pictures and Executive Assistant to Bryan Lourd at Creative Artists Agency. Early career experience includes internships at Annapurna Pictures and Vogue. Julian holds a Master of Fine Arts in Cinematic Arts, Film and Television Production from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from Parsons School of Design - The New School.
