Karen Edgar has extensive experience in media production, project management, and release management across various prominent companies. Starting as an Associate/Segment Producer at CNBC from 1999 to 2003, Edgar specialized in booking experts and producing content segments. Subsequent roles included Project Manager at Origin Digital, where significant projects like the Sirius XM Unified Media Player were successfully executed, and as Project Manager and Certified Scrum Master at HBO, overseeing linear projects and enhancing relationships between technical and business teams. With further freelance experience at CNN and Us Weekly and later as a Technical Program Manager at WarnerMedia, Edgar contributed to the HBO Max launch and was instrumental in release management processes. Currently serving as Manager of Global Release Management at Paramount+, Edgar continues to leverage a diverse skill set in the media industry.
