Katherine Rossi, MBA, is currently the Director of Audience Impact & Intelligence at Paramount Global, where they lead custom ad-effectiveness studies and support a vast Ad Sales organization. Previously, Katherine held various roles at Viacom, including Senior Manager of Audience Impact & Intelligence and Research Analyst, contributing to impactful research and analysis for MTV Networks and other brands. They have also worked at Sony Music Entertainment and iHeartMedia, where they focused on audience insights and market research. Katherine earned dual degrees in Communication and Dance from Rutgers University and an MBA with concentrations in Business Analytics and Marketing Management from Syracuse University.
