Kendra Tyrell

Kendra Tyrell, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is a Senior Director of Human Resources at Paramount Global, where they provide strategic HR partnership to various business areas, including talent and workforce planning, change management, and employee engagement. They previously served as a Human Resources Director at Paramount and a Senior HR Business Partner at Consolidated Edison Energy, Inc., where they supported a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees. Kendra also has experience as a Human Resources Supervisor at Chesapeake Health Department and has held adjunct professor roles at DeVry University and Centura College, teaching various business courses. Currently, Kendra is pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management from The Sage Colleges.
