Kim Reid has extensive experience in IT and systems administration, beginning with a role as a General Clerk at Verizon Wireless from July 1997 to September 2002, where responsibilities included re-imaging systems and managing billing inquiries. Following this, Kim served as a Systems Administrator/Desktop Support at Media General/Tampa Tribune from September 2005 to September 2007, providing support for Windows Server systems. From October 2008 to May 2022, Kim was the Lead Systems Administrator at TECO Energy, guiding a team to manage systems such as Microsoft Exchange and PKI infrastructure. Currently, Kim works as a Sr. Engineer in Identity, Messaging, & Collaboration at Paramount. An educational background includes an Associate of Science in Microsoft Network Engineering from Southwest Florida College.
