Kim Reid has extensive experience in IT and systems administration, beginning with a role as a General Clerk at Verizon Wireless from July 1997 to September 2002, where responsibilities included re-imaging systems and managing billing inquiries. Following this, Kim served as a Systems Administrator/Desktop Support at Media General/Tampa Tribune from September 2005 to September 2007, providing support for Windows Server systems.
