Lance G. McPherson is the EVP, Deputy General Counsel, and Head of Business and Legal Affairs at Paramount, a role held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for MTV Entertainment Group at ViacomCBS from 2020 to 2022, and as Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for Viacom Media Networks Music Group from 1998 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate at Brown Raysman Millstein Felder and Steiner from 1996 to 1998. Lance is currently pursuing studies at the University of Maryland College Park and holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark.
