Lee Grossman

Lee Grossman is currently the VP of Community Brand and Marketing Partnerships at CBS News and Stations within Paramount, where they also co-chair Paramount Proud. With extensive experience in the broadcasting industry, Lee previously held multiple roles at WCBS-TV from 1999 to 2007, including Writer/Producer and Executive Producer. They have continued to advance their career at CBS Corporation, serving as Director of On-Air Promotion and Marketing since 2016, and held the position of VP in Creative Services at CBS New York from 2021 to 2023. Lee earned a degree in Mass Communication with a focus on TV/Radio Production from Towson University and completed executive education at Harvard Business School in 2023.
