Long Pham

Long Pham is a QA Automation Manager at Paramount, leading the Data Automation team to ensure data integrity of the Paramount+ Streaming Application across multiple platforms while conducting daily and weekly scrum ceremonies. Previously, as a QA Automation Lead, Long developed a foundational data automation framework and automated over 500 test cases for the web platform. Long's experience includes serving as a Senior Test Analyst at Blizzard Entertainment for the Battle.net & Online Product Identity team, a Software Test Engineer at Amazon Game Studios focusing on automation, and a Software QA Engineer at CyberCoders, where Long led testing efforts utilizing Java and Selenium WebDriver. Long began a career at Blizzard Entertainment as a QA Analyst II, overseeing testing for Diablo III Reaper of Souls. Long holds a BA in English Literature from California State University, Long Beach.
