Martha Heller

Martha Heller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in government relations and regulatory counsel, currently serving as Vice President at Paramount since April 2020. In this role, Martha advises executives on matters related to streaming services, broadcast and cable television, while overseeing the company’s advocacy efforts. Prior to Paramount, Martha held positions at Altice USA as Senior Counsel, focusing on federal policy for telecommunications, and at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), where Martha managed a team in the Media Bureau and held various roles including Chief of the Policy Division. Martha's earlier career includes partnership at Wiley Rein LLP, providing counsel to media entities, and serving as an associate at Wiley Rein & Fielding. Martha earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in History from Cornell University.
