McKenzie E. Cooley is currently an Associate Counsel in Employment Law at Paramount, a position held since 2022, having also served as the Director of Employment Law at the same company from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, McKenzie gained valuable experience as an Associate at Farrell, White & Legg PLLC and as a Judicial Law Clerk for the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. McKenzie earned a Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2017 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Marshall University in 2014.
