Melissa Irwin has extensive experience in apparel design and development, beginning as an Assistant Designer at Russell-Newman, Inc. from August 2005 to May 2006, where assistance was provided in creating a private label sleepwear line. At Saramax Apparel Group, from May 2006 to October 2010, Melissa served as an Associate Designer and Graphic Artist, designing a girl’s licensed sleepwear line and creating original graphics. Following this, Melissa held the position of Associate Design Director at Ruff Hewn from October 2010 to July 2015, focusing on women's wovens and casual sportswear. Melissa then transitioned to ViacomCBS, where contributions were made to product development and brand collaborations for various apparel lines until September 2021, achieving a promotion to Senior Designer. Currently, Melissa serves as a Senior Designer at Paramount, overseeing apparel, accessories, home goods, and fashion collaborations.
