Michael Kanfer

Michael Kanfer is an accomplished professional in the music industry with experience ranging from internship roles to managerial positions. With a Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry from SUNY Oneonta, Kanfer began as an intern at Ken Freeman Productions and gained further experience as a CD Librarian at WONY 90.9FM and a File Clerk at the Law Offices of Zemsky and Salomon. Kanfer's roles at Atlas Music Publishing and ASCAP focused on administration, royalty management, and global services, highlighting strong analytical and organizational skills. Currently, as Manager of Creative Music Strategy at Paramount, Kanfer oversees royalty statement analysis and quality control for composer deliverables. In addition, Kanfer co-hosts a podcast and performs as a bassist, demonstrating versatility and engagement in the music community.
