Michael Warn

Michael Warn, CPA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at Paramount, a position held since October 2020, where responsibilities include preparing key financial statements for SEC filings, calculating Free Cash Flow, and enhancing quarterly reporting processes through Alteryx. Prior to Paramount, Michael was employed at PwC from August 2016 to September 2020, advancing from Assurance Associate to Assurance Senior Associate, specializing in financial statement audits and compliance, while managing client relationships and supervising staff. Michael holds a Master of Accounting and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University, completed in 2015.
