Michelle Garcia has extensive experience in marketing, particularly within the media and entertainment industry. Currently serving as EVP of Consumer Marketing at Paramount since October 2021, Michelle leads product and partnership marketing initiatives for Paramount+. Previously, as VP of Partnership Marketing for Paramount+, Michelle focused on subscription growth through various partnerships. At CBS Interactive, Michelle held roles including VP of Partnership Marketing & Operations, where strategic marketing efforts were directed at expanding CBS All Access's subscriber base. Prior to that, Michelle headed marketing for Co.Exist Nutrition, enhancing the brand's marketing strategy under the co-ownership of Jay-Z and Beyoncé. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Wharton School and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
