Mike Koczko

Mike Koczko is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in State and Local Tax (SALT) operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary at Paramount since November 2005, Mike has previously held significant roles at Ernst & Young as Senior Tax Manager and Tax Manager from January 1997 to December 2005. Prior experience includes a position as Tax Accountant at Wasserstein Perella and IPG. Mike Koczko holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from Fordham University and the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, respectively.
