Patrick Cavanaugh

Patrick Cavanaugh serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for U.S. Networks Distribution at Paramount since February 2022. In this role, Cavanaugh oversees all financial aspects of Paramount’s domestic affiliate revenue, managing approximately $8 billion annually, and is responsible for contract negotiations, strategic planning, and budgeting. Prior positions include Executive Vice President and CFO at ViacomCBS and Senior Vice President at CBS Corporation, building extensive experience in finance and accounting within the media industry. Cavanaugh's early career included significant roles at Yankees Entertainment and Sports Network, where leadership in finance and accounting contributed to its success, along with experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Cavanaugh holds dual degrees in Accountancy and Management Information Systems from Villanova University.
