Rachael Terrell

Rachael Terrell is a seasoned professional in social impact and production management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Social Impact at Paramount's MTV Entertainment Group since April 2017. With extensive experience as a Creative Production Manager at Ricky Kirshner Productions and as a freelance producer, Rachael has a strong background in producing award-winning television specials and large-scale events. Previous roles include Associate Producer at Jane Street Entertainment, Activation Manager at SC Events, and Director of Strategy and Programs at The Agenda Project, where Rachael managed significant media marketing campaigns. Rachael's early career features positions as Project Organizer for the National Treasury Employees Union and Field Organizer for various political campaigns. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government with a focus on Spanish from the University of Minnesota.
