Robert Gałach

Robert Gałach is currently the Vice President of Software Engineering at Paramount, where they have held various leadership roles since 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Director of Software Engineering at Paramount from 2022 to 2024 and held multiple positions in software engineering, including Lead Software Engineer and Director of Software Engineering. Robert began their career as a Programmer at Tenbit and worked as a Software Developer at several companies, including Onet.pl S.A. and 4fun Media S.A., where they later became the Chief Technology Officer. Additionally, they owned and operated Alari IT from 2011 to 2018.
