Robert “R.Po” Postotnik is an award-winning Creative Director and the Vice President of Design at Paramount, where they lead the design and campaign strategy for major franchises, including RuPaul’s Drag Race and Dexter. Since 2022, R.Po has overseen a multidisciplinary team and driven significant creative initiatives, contributing to over 100 campaigns. Prior to this role, they served as Design Director at AKA from 2011 to 2022, where they played a crucial role in winning over $25 million in new business and designed identities for numerous Broadway productions. R.Po is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Arts Management with a minor in Advertising from Oklahoma City University.
