Rodrigo Mazon

Rodrigo Mazon is an accomplished executive in the entertainment industry, currently serving as EVP, Head of Latin America and Canada, DTC at Paramount since August 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing all direct-to-consumer operations for Paramount+ and Pluto TV in the region. Prior to this, Rodrigo was a Board Member at Dynamo and held multiple significant positions at TelevisaUnivision, including Chief Content Officer for Streaming and EVP & GM for SVOD at Netflix. With extensive experience in content acquisition at Hulu and corporate development at MGM, Rodrigo's career also includes founding and managing Xplosion Entertainment and consulting at Monitor Group. Rodrigo holds an MBA from Stanford University and an AB in Government and Economics from Dartmouth College.
