Russell Weaver

Russell Weaver serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Paramount since May 2020, leading a team of over 200 professionals and managing more than 5,000 hires across 22 global markets. Prior to this role, Russell was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Staffing at Alcon, where strategic efforts were made during the company's separation from Novartis to fill 1,200 newly created positions. Russell's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at EY, overseeing significant recruitment initiatives across regions, and transformative positions at Randstad Sourceright, Stanford Financial Group, and PwC. Russell holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
