Stephen Hunter

Stephen Hunter is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in organizational design, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Paramount, they provide strategic HR support for various departments while proactively addressing employee relations and performance management for over 900 employees. Previously, Stephen held senior HR roles at notable companies such as L Catterton, where they oversaw global HR functions for multiple portfolio brands, and LVMH, enhancing human resource strategies across different divisions. They earned a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management at Boston College.
