Tanmay Manohar

Tanmay Manohar is currently the Vice President of People Analytics & Workforce Planning at Paramount, where they lead initiatives in diversity and inclusion and the integration of analytics platforms. Previously, Tanmay served as the Director of Data Strategy at Paramount, where they developed innovative data products and models for marketing campaigns. They founded the People Analytics function at Viacom, becoming the youngest corporate VP in the company's history. Tanmay holds an MBA from Yale University and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with honors from The Johns Hopkins University.
