Taylor Young is currently a Senior Manager of Global Sourcing in Energy and ESG at Paramount, having held this role since 2021. Taylor previously contributed to the growth of Global Players as a Marketing, Sales, and Student Advisor and worked at Toyota North America in various capacities, including Purchasing Specialist and Supplier Diversity Analyst. Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 2014 and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Economics in Prague. As a Division I student athlete in women's lacrosse, Taylor balanced academic and athletic commitments during their college years.
