Thom Arnold currently serves as the Executive Director of Commercial Operations for EMEA at Paramount since February 2024. Prior to this role, Thom held the position of Director of Sales Strategy & Development for EMEA at NBCUniversal from September 2012 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading financial analysis for film and TV content licensing and overseeing multi-territory advertising sales projects. Thom also gained leadership experience as President and Non-Executive Director of the Sheffield Students' Union from June 2011 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Politics from The University of Sheffield and recent executive education in Mergers & Acquisitions from Imperial College Business School.
