Tom Natale

Tom Natale is an experienced professional in broadcast and streaming operations, currently serving as Supervisor of Broadcast/Streaming Operations at Paramount since May 2002. In this role, Tom maintains the integrity and quality control of over 80 channels, oversees a team of more than 20 individuals, and fosters team growth through goal-setting and performance reviews. Concurrently, Tom holds the position of Sales Director at Pixel On Promotions, where responsibilities include monitoring industry trends and collaborating on long-term business planning. Previous experience includes roles at Click Radio as Assistant Manager of Music Operations and Director of Promotions at Revelation Records. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from St. John's University, a Certified Data Centre Technician Professional credential from CNet Training Corporation, and a B.S. in Business Management from Briacliff College.
