Vanessa Hunter has extensive experience in leadership development and professional training, currently serving in a Leadership Development role at Paramount since February 2024. Prior to this, Vanessa held various positions at McKinsey & Company, including Global Learning Manager within the Technology, Media and Telecom Sector, and Manager of Professional Development from November 2019 to August 2022. Additionally, Vanessa worked at BlackRock from March 2013 to November 2019 in roles focused on Leadership & Management Development and Talent Acquisition. Previous experience includes serving as Program Manager for Corporate Financial Leadership at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity from September 2010 to October 2012, Equity Specialist at Bloomberg from November 2008 to July 2010, and Investigator at FINRA from February 2005 to November 2008, during which FINRA merged with NASD in 2007. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University.
