Wincie K. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global inclusion strategies and audience management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of OGI International Markets at Paramount since February 2022, Wincie K. previously held multiple leadership positions within ViacomCBS Networks International, including Vice President of Global Inclusion Strategy and Senior Director of Global Inclusion Strategies. In these roles, Wincie K. focused on promoting diversity through Employee Resource Groups and advocating for inclusive workplace practices. Early career at Nickelodeon involved managing a team that supported live shows and social campaigns. Wincie K. holds a NAMIC Executive Development Leadership Program certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, complemented by a BA in Drama and Theatre Studies with Sociology from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
