Daniel Condliffe started their career in 2012 as a Research Technician at King's College London, where they worked on Alzheimer's research projects. Daniel applied molecular biology techniques and assisted with the day-to-day logistics of running the lab.

In 2019, Daniel co-founded Paranimo, a mental health support platform, alongside their co-founder Matt. Daniel developed the minimum viable product (MVP) by learning coding skills over the course of a year. As the Chief Operating Officer, Daniel focused on the operations of the company after securing funding through two Innovate UK projects. This allowed them to hire an experienced developer as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and build a scalable platform using the latest technology. Daniel Condliffe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Biology from the University of Kent.
