Thilo Rossa

Thilo Rossa has a long and varied work experience. In 2009, they began as an IT specialist (system integration) for Nohl.IT AG / abaNET AG. In 2012, they moved to Alos Solution AG as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for the management of ECM projects, conception & specification of document management systems, workflow systems and data recognition (OCR) systems, and development of interfaces to third-party systems. Thilo also had presales activities and internal collaboration in the consolidation of various ERP and IT systems within the group. In 2017, they moved to SER-Group as an ECM-Consultant | Project Manager, where they were responsible for management of ECM projects, conception & specification of document management systems, workflow systems and data recognition (OCR) systems, and development of interfaces to third-party systems. Thilo also defined a project management process and developed rules and regulations for project work. In 2018, they moved to Swiss Post Solutions as a Consultant Global Solution Design, where they were responsible for solution design and calculation of complex international business process outsourcing projects in the mid two-digit million range. Thilo also coordinated specialist teams from the areas of IT Build & Run, Operations, Transition & Transformation, HR and Compliance, and supported sales representatives in Germany and Switzerland in customer meetings. In 2019, they moved to Parashift | Get document extraction done as Chief Product Officer, Chief Meme Officer, and Head Of Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for the Parashift Platform, a swarm learning document processing cloud platform (separation, classification, and data extraction). Thilo was also responsible for most of the memes created inside of Parashift, and enhanced Parashift's products with advanced AI capabilities for the automated processing of memes (Intelligent Meme Processing - IMP). Thilo also worked in a mix of Sales, Product Design and Business Development in regards to the Parashift enterprise and API product "Parashift Document Center". Thilo developed new relations and deals with potential customers and partners worldwide, calculated offers and contract negotiation, and helped shape "Parashift Document Center" based on their experiences for Input Management software as well as ECM, DMS and BPM. Thilo was also a Solution Specialist.

Thilo Rossa completed an IT specialist (system integration) degree at Walter-Rathenau-Gewerbeschule Freiburg from 2009 to 2012 in the field of IT. Prior to that, they attempted an IT specialist (merchant) degree at Max-Weber-Schule Freiburg from 2008 to 2009 in the field of Economy / IT. Thilo also holds certifications from Kofax, VZPM - Association for the certification for persons in management, and DocuWare. These certifications include Kofax Technical Solutions Specialist / Kofax Capture 10 (obtained in April 2015), Certified Project Management Associate IPMA Level D (obtained in November 2014), and DocuWare System Consultant (DSC) / DocuWare Application Consultant (DAC) (obtained in July 2009).
