Tom Whitehead has extensive experience in field support management, currently serving as the Field Support Manager for Parata Systems since March 2008. In this role, Tom oversees the Field Support team for the Eastern United States, managing four Field Support Supervisors and over 55 Field Support Engineers, with a focus on installations, technical support, and preventative maintenance of Parata equipment at customer locations. Prior to this position, Tom held various roles at Lincoln Industrial from July 2005 to March 2008, including Field Support Supervisor and Field Service Engineer. Tom holds a degree from Lindenwood University.
