Ben Winter-Giles is a Principal at Parbery, leveraging decades of experience in service design to enhance user experience across various sectors, including Education and Border Protection. They have effectively led the delivery of significant initiatives like the $3.86 billion Worker Retention Payment Grant, while also scaling platforms and transforming operations. Previously, Ben held roles such as Design Authority and User Experience Specialist within the Australian Government, and managed design teams at Medicare Australia and the Health Insurance Commission. Currently, Ben is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability Studies at the University of Tasmania.
