Ahu Davis

Ahu Davis, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse background in human resources and leadership roles. Starting in 2008, Ahu worked as a Store Manager at PANDORA A/S. They then transitioned to Gopher Resource in 2012, where they served as an HR Assistant / Recruiter. In 2014, Ahu joined St. Luke's Cataract & Laser Institute as an HR Supervisor.

In 2018, Ahu joined ZooTampa at Lowry Park as the Manager of Human Resources, and later moved into the role of Director of Human Resources in 2019. They provided leadership in HR until 2021.

From 2021 to 2022, Ahu worked at Metro Inclusive Health as the Director of Human Resources. Currently, Ahu holds the position of Director of People & Culture at Parc Center for Disabilities starting from August 2022.

Ahu Davis, SHRM-SCP, has a comprehensive educational background that includes two master's degrees and a bachelor's degree. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they obtained a Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Earlier, from 2003 to 2007, Ahu Davis attended the University of South Florida, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ahu Davis has also obtained additional certifications. In August 2020, they became a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Furthermore, they have completed a Leadership Excellence Course and Executive Coaching, although the specific institution and year of completion were not provided.
