Khai Ho

Khai Ho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Parcel Perform since November 2020, Khai has previously worked at Facebook as an Account Manager and in Sales and Marketing. Prior experience also includes a role at Microsoft, where Khai held positions such as Sales Representative and Technical Support, in addition to a QA Apprentice role. Earlier in the career, Khai worked as a Quality Engineer at Sutrix Group and as a Quality Assurance specialist at Gameloft. Khai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich, attained between 2012 and 2014.
