Tom F. has extensive work experience in project management and implementation roles. Tom started their career as an Aquatics Director, managing staff and ensuring operational efficiency at Dursley Swimming Pool for 15 years. Tom then moved on to become an Aquatics Business Manager at KIRKLEES ACTIVE LEISURE, where they developed and implemented a strategic plan to increase participation in aquatic activities within Kirklees.

Tom went on to work as a County Development Officer at England Golf, where they developed marketing and complex project plans for golf clubs, resulting in a significant increase in membership across the Yorkshire region. Tom also built relationships with County Sports Partnerships and national governing bodies to obtain funding for golf activities, particularly targeting women, girls, and players with disabilities.

After that, Tom joined YORK DATA SERVICES LIMITED as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects and managing their successful delivery. Tom then joined Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions as a Lead Implementation Manager, responsible for analyzing and validating client business requirements and facilitating project communication using Agile and hybrid principles.

Tom's most recent role is as a Senior Project Manager at twentysix, where they led and managed projects for clients, ensuring their successful completion. Tom is currently working as a Project Manager at Parcel2Go.com.
