Alex Walter has extensive experience in client success and solutions consulting across various industries. Starting as a Behavioral Research Assistant at UMKC from August 2012 to August 2014, Alex transitioned to multiple roles at Medallia, including Manager of LatAm & Iberia Commercial Strategic Solutions Consultants, Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Solutions Consultant, and Manager of NORAM Commercial Strategic Solutions Consultants between June 2021 and December 2021. Following that, Alex served at Infegy as Client Success Manager and later as Director of Client Services from September 2014 to January 2017.
