Parcells Plastic Surgery is a physician-led plastic surgery practice dedicated to delivering expert, thoughtful, and individualized care. With locations in New Jersey and New York, our practice offers comprehensive surgical and non-surgical services grounded in clinical excellence, safety, and patient education.

Founded by Dr. Alexis Parcells, MD, board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Parcells Plastic Surgery, the practice is built on the belief that plastic surgery should be precise, ethical, and deeply personal. Dr. Parcells is known for her patient-centered approach, clear communication, and commitment to empowering patients through education and transparency.

Our all-female surgeon team also includes Dr. Christina Pasick, MD, a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in breast and body procedures, and Dr. Kavita Kapadia, MD, a board-eligible facial plastic surgeon specializing in facial aesthetics and rejuvenation. Together, our surgeons collaborate closely to provide comprehensive care across the full spectrum of plastic surgery.

We specialize in breast surgery, body contouring, breast cancer reconstruction, facial plastic surgery, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Our team approach ensures patients receive coordinated care from consultation through recovery, with a strong emphasis on safety, outcomes, and the overall patient experience.

Beyond the clinic, Parcells Plastic Surgery is committed to education and thoughtful conversation around health, beauty, and plastic surgery. Through digital platforms and community engagement, we aim to demystify procedures, reduce stigma, and support informed decision-making.
