Ruben Dadema is an accomplished finance professional with significant experience in investment banking and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Analyst at Parcom since August 2023, Ruben previously held roles at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Off-Cycle Analyst focusing on the technology sector, and at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst covering the Benelux region. As a Co-Founder of Synance, Ruben collaborated with the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship to support startup initiatives. Experience in M&A was gained at both Philips and Rabobank, where work involved transactions valued at approximately €5 billion. Academic credentials include an MSc in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from Utrecht University.
