Riya Desai is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in the consumer goods and beauty industries across North America and Europe. Currently serving as a Procurement Manager at Pardgroup, Riya previously excelled at L’Oréal, where they drove product promotions and consistently delivered revenue growth exceeding $2 million annually. Riya also held roles at PUIG and Scotch & Soda, where they orchestrated successful marketing campaigns and product launches that significantly enhanced brand visibility and revenue. Riya holds a Master’s degree in Professional Studies in Fashion Marketing from LIM College and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication from NIFT Gandhinagar.
