Victoria Bowman

Victoria Bowman is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Rosewood Group, where they empower leaders and strengthen teams to create lasting organizational success. Prior to this role, they held various positions, including Manager of Operations at Anchor 3PL and Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL, where they focused on optimizing processes and enhancing workplace dynamics. Victoria served as a 911 Emergency and Medical Dispatcher for the City of Orem and the City of Carlsbad, and worked as a Family Law Paralegal at Just Law. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Utah Valley University and are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management and Leadership at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Additionally, they serve on the advisory boards for both Plero and Parentfile.
