Candy Chan

Candy Chan is an experienced professional in the education and technology sectors, currently serving as the Founder of Hoppity Learning since August 2020 and a Founder Member of Parenthood Ventures since January 2024. Parenthood Ventures focuses on fostering startups that cater to parents and children, achieving over $65 million in funding within nine months of its launch. Additionally, Candy has been the Director and Lead Teacher at Reaching Hearts Preschool since November 2012, and previously held the role of Children's Ministry Supervisor at Lord's Grace Christian Church from May 2009 to September 2011. Earlier in their career, Candy worked as a Research Engineer at DOCOMO Communications Laboratories USA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, a Master of Divinity from Western Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
