David Atkinson

David Atkinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of health education and community engagement. As Chief Executive Officer at Parenting Place since September 2006, David has played pivotal roles in various capacities, including Partnerships Director and Creative and Development Director, overseeing initiatives that impact over 250,000 teens and tweens annually through health presentations in high schools across New Zealand. In addition to this leadership role, David chairs Grow Forrest Hill, a community garden initiative, and previously worked as a filmmaker at Dave Atkinson Films from April 2015 to August 2020.
