Amanda Hemm is a perinatal professional and founder of NAMMA Families, where they established a network for local providers to support families through pregnancy and early parenthood. Currently, as the Director of Parent Experience at Parento, Amanda empowers expecting and new parent employees to navigate their transitions, while also serving as President of the Maynard Education Foundation. With extensive corporate experience, Amanda has co-founded Soutiens, helping companies create programs that support parental leave. Additionally, Amanda works as a New Parent Success Coach through Baby Steps Postpartum Care, offering guidance to families in their early months.
