Swaroop Madavan

Swaroop Madavan has a long history of working in various industries. Swaroop began their career in 2003 as the President (Student In Charge) of the Eco Club at Christ College. In 2006, they became Business Partner & Co-Founder of Quantum Leap, a Training and Consulting Organization. In 2009, they took on a role as Visiting Faculty Member at Jain (Deemed-to-be University). In 2010, they accepted a position as Visiting Faculty Member at IBMR Business School. In 2013, they took on two roles, Head of Strategy at Freshersworld.com and Head - Product & Marketing at Valuepoint Thoughtnet Technologies Pvt Ltd. In 2015, they founded and became CEO of Parentof, a Parent-AI startup. In 2016, they took on the role of Chief Curator at Parentof Innovation Awards. In 2018, they became Managing Director and CEO of Valuepoint Thoughtnet Technologies Pvt Ltd. In 2019, they joined the Industry Advisory Council of Nitte School of Management.

Swaroop Madavan holds a Bachelors in Commerce from Christ University, Bangalore, with a focus in Strategy/Marketing. Swaroop also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, with a focus in AI and ML. Additionally, they hold certifications in Balance Score Card Professional from the Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA, Service Leadership from Ron Kaufman, Success Principles from Jack Canfield, and Velocity Selling Systems from Bob Urichuck.
