Filipe Proença began their work experience in 2015 at Franchise Talent, where they served as a Market Research Analyst. Their responsibilities included conducting market research projects, gathering data through focus groups and interviews, and establishing new connections in the process. Filipe remained with Franchise Talent until 2022. In 2014, Filipe also worked as a Project Assistant at Aston University, where they contributed to research projects, analyzed data, and provided support to the market research team. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Market Research Analyst at GEMA in 2015. Currently, Filipe is an Analyst Developer at ParentPay, a position they started in May 2022.
Filipe Proença began their education by completing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business and Management at Aston University from 2010 to 2014. During their undergraduate studies, they had the opportunity to study abroad as an exchange student at Korea University in 2012-2013 and at the University of South Australia in 2013.
After completing their bachelor's degree, Filipe pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Systems and Business Analysis at Aston University from 2015 to 2016.
Recently, in 2021, Filipe Proença attended the School Of Code's Full Stack Bootcamp to further enhance their skills.
In addition to their formal education, Filipe has obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft. In 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certifications. In 2023, they attained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certifications.
